A Novel Approach to Transverse Flux Machine Construction

چکیده

The article presents a concept for new design of the well-known Transverse Flux Machine (TFM) made with use flat core used in classical electrical machines. proposed was first analytically verified and subsequently using finite element method, which fully corroborated results. simulations show that set three single-phase TFM machines slotted rotor yokes generates torque over times greater than an induction motor twice as large Fractional Slot Concentrated Winding—Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines (FSCW-PMSM). performed comparative calculations confirmed generated by operating on principles similar to can generate much those currently common use.
